HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

Prices start from $10 for regular domestic shipping. Express Courier services may be subject to a higher fee. We also offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If the items you have ordered are in stock they will be dispatched the next business day. Please note that during busy periods or holidays there may be delays on your orders being shipped out.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

As our warehouse starts processing orders as soon as they are placed it is likely that your order has already begun its journey from our store to your home and may not be able to be changed. If you wish to change your order please email us directly at orders@tillyisland.com.au 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM? DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation. you will also receive tracking details for your order which you can then follow online. 

All orders shipped within Australia are shipped via Australia Post and take from 0-0? business days to arrive, unless you have selected our Express Courier service.

All orders outside of Australia are shipped via our chosen shipping method.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ORDER I RECEIVE IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT?

If the order you have received is faulty or incorrect please email us within 7 days of receiving your order including all information and order number. For a faulty item we also request that you include a photograph if applicable. We can then personally arrange with you an exchange or refund.
